Welcome to our little slice of Cape Charles, tucked inside the private, gated Bay Creek community on Virginia’s Eastern Shore. We fell hard for this place and we think you might too.
Our goal was simple: create a home that feels easy, thoughtful, and just a little special. We’ve stocked the condo with the comforts we’d want on vacation, starting with coffee and tea to kick off your mornings (because adventures are better caffeinated). You’ll also find a welcome basket with tasty snacks, our way of saying “you made it!”
Step outside and discover why Cape Charles is such a beloved hidden gem. In just minutes, you can explore charming shops, local dining, and the bay like a local. When it’s time to recharge, come back to open, inviting living spaces made for gathering, laughing, and putting your feet up. If you’re spending the day inside, look for the games, puzzles, and books upstairs, or venture down to the arcade and game room in the garage.
Our cheerful upper-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo makes the perfect home base for your stay. Set within a friendly golf-cart community, you’ll have a pool just around the corner plus tennis courts for a little friendly competition. Cruise over to the community’s private 2-mile beach, or head into town to enjoy the public beach, quaint shops, and fantastic restaurants that give Cape Charles its charm.

Cape Charles isn’t just a vacation destination for our family, it’s part of our story.
For the past 20 consecutive years, our family of five has been visiting and vacationing in Cape Charles and Virginia’s Eastern Shore. Living just 45 minutes away in Virginia Beach, we can honestly say that the moment we arrive, it feels like stepping into a whole other world. We love the peace, relaxation, and that unmistakable coastal charm.
From beautiful beaches and endless water activities, to amazing restaurants, local shopping, and the fun, laid-back vibe of a golf cart community, Cape Charles truly offers everything you could dream of in a coastal town. There’s always something to do, or absolutely nothing to do, and both feel perfect.
Our kids are now 22, 21, and 17, which means they’ve been coming to Cape Charles and loving it since they were born. As they grew up, so did our appreciation for everything this special place offers. For years, we talked about owning a place on the Shore to continue creating memories as a family.
We plan to keep coming back, enjoying Cape Charles in our new condo just as we always have. But we also wanted to open the door for others to experience the same excitement, relaxation, and joy that has kept us coming back for two decades.
While we’re proud locals of Virginia Beach, Cape Charles anlso has a piece of our hearts and we’re excited to share it with you.
